I had a wonderful experience with my hygienist. She was extremely gentle, patient, and caring throughout my entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and gentle touch. She is an excellent hygienist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Her name is Fouzia C. Roh

Front desk worked very hard to accommodate all the customers. Problem was in past there was minimum of 2 staffing front,,this time only 1. Inside for cleaning,,1530hr appointment, dental hygienist was very rushed. Could tell she really wanted out/ off work, kept telling me I was the last and they were done! Had to wait for Dr.( Dentist) To look at my teeth. He identified a small cavity that he wanted to take care of ,,,he said. My cleaning is done ( it had been 10 months from my last cleaning) ,,I had to reschedule in April for emergency out of town now it's August. Hygienist scholds me for not coming in earlier ,,,even thow her office told me that was the 1st available and I asked to be moved up if cancelation. I have had joint replacement and require taking antibiotics prior to my dental appointment. After my cleaning the hygienist is rushing me out and I ask isn't the Dentist going to fill the small cavity he talked about earlier. She laughed and said" no it's closing time ,,we are ready to go home". It was 4pm. Now I have to call my surgeon ( dentist will not prescribe meds,,so why they ask about meds and allergies in forms I don't understand) to get antibiotics prescribed, pic

They replaced a broken crown. I was able to get an immediate appointment and I was fitted for a new crown and given a date for the new crown arrival. On that date, I was called in and when they replaced the new crown, it fit perfectly. There were no adjustments needed and I was on my way. Doctor and staff were competent and friendly. I’ve never experienced one bit of pain or anxiety whenever I go for my dental work at Monarch.

Fri.-I set an appointment. Mon-they misunderstood what all I wanted to do. Bc I mentioned I had tooth pain. But I also wanted a full check up. Wed(TODAY). As the lady was doing the x-rays she was hurting my mouth with object to take the x-rays. After all of that, I was told I wasn't getting my teeth clean they were just examining to see what I need done and how much. I just walked out. That's twice in one week they had me there and not doing anything I asked for them to do! No apology or no phone call trying to explain! Poking on my mouth making it sore to the point I can't eat.

I will be honest I do not like going to the dentist. But if I am to choose one out all those I've had it would be here at the GP location. Had a deep cleaning . Dental hygenist is awesome!!! She is very sweet and does her job well. She numbed me so well I felt no discomfort. Not even the needles! Only mild pressure. As far as I'm concerned not getting that right is 90% of why I hate going. If you're like me come here!
